We had an amazing day with Jeff. We moved to many spots to find the fish and find the fish we did! Several nice drum and as many trout as we could bring. Jeff proved to be a very knowledgeable guide and knew where to take us. He was a pleasure to fish with as well.

Capt Jeff is super knowledgeable of the area, ecosystem and history of the area. Laid back, but driven to make sure the experience is well worth it!Been on a couple charter style ocean trips in various areas and by far this has been my favorite one. Different fishing styles and if one spot isn't working there's already another you're heading to.10/10 would recommend and would love to go again!

My wife and I went fishing with Jeff twice this summer and had a great time on both outings. We both love to fish, but are very much beginners, and Jeff perfectly threaded the needle between teaching some important skills and then pivoting when needed to just have fun catching fish….and we caught a bunch of them! Jeff’s patience and his warm personality make him an ideal guide for any age or skill level. We caught a ton of trout on both fly lines and spinners, and we even hooked a tarpon and fought it for over an hour before the beast sadly broke our line. Jeff knows the area like the back of his hand, is a great instructor, and most importantly just an all around good guy. I would highly recommend using him!

10 out 10, will go again. Son and I had a blast on Jeff’s flats boat searching for redfish. He’s knowledgeable and patient, genuinely felt like he wanted us to catch fish. Kinda felt like fishing with a long time friend. Have been with other guides that I could tell it was just their job, not Jeff. Texted him randomly and he took us out on a day he originally had blocked out. Good times.

Just wrapped up two days of fishing with Jeff and cannot say enough about how truly exceptional a guide this dude is. He set us up with shots at fish from bell to bell both days. Sealed the deal on a handful of quality reds with his guidance. He is both fishy and personable as hell (these two are often mutually exclusive). Runs a top notch skiff that he poles with a deftness that only comes with a whole lot of time on the platform. Dude has a fire in him for what he does and it so clearly shows. Can't wait to fish him again.

When we arrived, Jeff was fully prepared and greeted us warmly. He was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He worked well with my 18 year old son and we became fast friends. We caught several fish, including the largest flounder I have ever caught as well and largest Red Drum my son has ever caught. We have been on several fishing charters, however afterwards my son and I agreed it was the best fishing experience we have ever had to date by far. Thanks Jeff. Highly recommend.

F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, Layers of clothing, and Rain Gear are some things you may want to bring.  

Your Captain will everything that is needed as far as fishing goes including all rods and tackle.  In addition, your guide will provide a cooler with ice and waters which you are welcome to store your items in.  Any food or beverages that you would like to bring for the day is welcomed. Please let your guide know ahead of time if you would like to bring a rod or tackle bag so that they can make space. If you would like to keep fish, it is recommended to bring a cooler to take the fish home in.

 

It is recommended that you bring the proper clothing depending upon the season that we fish. It is always much colder on the water than you would expect!

Please avoid Spray-on Sunscreen and black soled shoes as they stain the boat. 

Avoid bringing glassware on the boat please.

Your guide provides a blanket license which covers all anglers aboard the vessel.  There is no other license necessary.

Although not required, it is customary to tip your guide for his hard work. Your guide puts hours and hours into the preparation that is required to make your fishing adventure a memorable one.

A $100 Deposit is required to book a trip and is then applied to the trips price. The rest of the payment is due at the end of the trip and can be settled via cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

If your trip is cancelled by the captain or due to weather, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel the trip outside 14 days, you can use your deposit on a future trip. If you cancel the trip within 14 days of the trip, the deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel within 48 hours, the trip is to be paid in full.
