About

Captain Jeff Kidwell is a diverse waterman with over a decade of experience fishing the Wilmington area. Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, countless hours were spent on the Chesapeake Bay searching for Striped Bass and Cobia. Many trips in the nearshore waters of the Atlantic just offshore of Ocean City were taken in search of larger game fish. Early in life, the obsession with fishing drew him to rivers and streams in Northern Maryland where he learned to fly fish. His travels brought him to renowned fishing areas such as the stuffed streams of the Pacific Northwest, to the saltwater flats of the Caribbean, where he learned valuable knowledge from local guides and fishermen. Captain Jeff was drawn to the Wilmington area while obtaining his degree at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While completing his engineering degree, Jeff spent countless hours on the water connecting with fellow anglers every second possible.  As his passion and knowledge grew, so did his desire to teach and share that knowledge with others.  Captain Jeff now spends his full time sharing his knowledge of the Carolina waters and his passion for the outdoors with clients from all over the world.

We look forward to fishing with you
